The texts, images and graphic elements on this site are protected. Reproduction without written consent is excluded. The practice maintains this information with care, without guaranteeing that it is free of error.
Data protection
The practice processes your data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), revised and in force since 1 September 2023, and with the Vaud public health act (LSP). The controller is Swiss Health by Dr MOKHTARI, at the address given above.
The contact form
The form sends the practice your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, and the content of your message. This data is used only to reply to you. It travels through the host’s mail server and is neither sold nor used for advertising. It is deleted once your request has been dealt with, unless it has to join your medical file.
Please do not send sensitive medical information through this form. Ordinary email is not an end-to-end encrypted channel. For anything concerning your health, call the practice.
Your medical file
Data collected during a consultation is covered by professional secrecy (art. 321 of the Swiss Criminal Code). It is disclosed to a third party — a colleague, a laboratory, an insurer — only with your consent or on a legal basis. Vaud law requires the medical file to be kept for ten years after the last consultation (art. 87 para. 5 LSP).
Your rights
You may ask to see your complete file, without giving a reason, and have its content explained to you. You may have inaccurate data corrected and ask for the deletion of data that is no longer needed. The right to erasure stops where the legal retention obligation begins: the practice cannot destroy a file still within the ten-year period.
Send your request in writing to the practice address, or call +41 24 466 62 46. You may be asked for proof of identity, so that your data is not handed to someone else.
Security and processors
The website and mail are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, whose servers are in Switzerland. The practice also uses providers for online booking, laboratory analyses and billing; each accesses only the data needed for its task and remains bound by confidentiality. Online booking takes place on the provider’s own site, under its own privacy policy.
Patients resident in the European Union
If you live in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may apply alongside Swiss law. The rights described above are open to you in the same way, through the same channel.
Cookies and third parties
This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no analytics tool. No visitor profile is built. The server keeps technical logs — IP address, date, page requested — for a short period, for security and troubleshooting.
The site’s typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Displaying a page therefore sends your IP address to Google, without setting a cookie. These fonts can be hosted directly on the practice’s server to remove that call.
No map is embedded in the pages of this site. The “Open in Google Maps” link takes you to Google’s own site, where its privacy policy applies. As long as you do not click, no data leaves this site.
